How to use

Add 1 sachet into half a glass of water (about 100 ml), stir until dissolved and enjoy. Drink on its own or add to your favourite Formula 1 Healthy Meal shake. If adding to a shake or a smoothie, stir in after blending. Use liquids at a temperature below 25°C to avoid affecting product efficacy. Consume once a day.*
