Suggested Use – Protein Pancake
Preheat a non-stick frying pan over low heat.
Mix 24 g of Protein Bake Mix (3 tablespoons) with:
30 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat)
or30 ml of water
Pour the batter into the pan and spread to the desired thickness.
Cook over low heat for 2–3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook on the other side.
